Not happy !!

Hello I’m just checking if my ex is lying about his finances? As we are at the stage off showing each others finances.We did this as my ex was late in beginning off may for the judge! He didn’t bother to do anything about filing the form E for the judge to continue the hearing! So he was ordered to fill in his paperwork and send it to the courts . I’m not sure what he has done as he now says my pension pot worth more than his !! I know he is lying about all his money etc .The judge will make me sell my house? Plus he wants me not to continue with the case.Not sure if he is lying to me.

Have both your pensions been valued professionally?
has he now submitted his financial declaratioms?
gas your solicitor got a copy ?

Hi no they have not been done professionally.As no need on my part but I know he is lying? Plus o have not spoken to my solicitor.As he doesn’t respond to any off the letters or emails.Its ok I’m going to call his bluff and carry on with the Court .The judge can grill him better than me doing this .
