So I've googled a lot but can't seem to find an answer, and CMS couldn't answer this either when I called.
Dad didn't pay for kids. I went to CMS. They decided amount on 30th March.
First payment is due 28th May. So no money paid in April. But it says that ex is in arrears by slightly more than a normal CMS monthly payment.
The 12 month payment plan does not include an increased amount where these arrears are paid in small installments, and the May 28th payment remains the same as one payment.
So will ex have to pay April's CMS and when?
In the meantime he has bought a fancy VR headset and now a sound bar with the April Money and February money (as he said he would pay in arrears as CMS do). But this means I am now two months in debt for the childcare... so just trying to sort my finances to get me back in order! The money he owes the kids would pay off the childcare debt and then some!
