Hi everyone,
I've just blocked my ex partner from contacting me as I've had enough of him controlling me, gaslighting etc. Someone has told me i need to communicate through an app that is monitored so you can report abusive messages. I'm not sure if such a thing exists or if anyone can recommend an app to use.
