We have reached the final order stage of our divorce. Hoping to get the email this week and then finalise things. Are there any last minute things I need to put in place, people to inform, companies, tax, hmrc, bank, etc etc before I do it? Any final financial benefits of being married I could grab? House is almost sold with completion planned for mid June. We both split equity 5050 and have found our own places. All v amicable. Kids splitting time 5050 too.
