Any info regarding this please? Have a friend who thought that the Consent order was completed, but it turns out no court in the land has a record of it. Then found out they have an FDA hearing soon.
They're anxious, naturally. Solicitor has been of no help to them at all frustratingly. I've read online about taking a chronology etc, is there anything else?
Will they be face to face with ex? This is their biggest worry.
