Give him a list of assets now or wait?

My DH told me he wanted a divorce 2 weeks ago but hasn't filed for it yet.

He has asked me to provide him with a list of my assets.

Do I need to provide the list now, or am I better off waiting till he files for divorce?

@Pixiedust1234 that sounds like a great way of doing things. Is your ex cooperating with you though? Mine is being awkward.

Look up the free family law groups on FB, or The Legal Queen - you can totally do it yourself without spending a fortune on solicitors.

Sort of 🙄 Some days it's like pulling hens teeth but inch by inch i'm slowly pulling him towards the end. I plead, I flatter, I beg, I compliment but under no circumstances can I show irritation otherwise he refuses to do anything. But I've been living this way for 30 years so I can deal with one more year of this if it means I get freedom. I'm choosing my battles very, very carefully.
