Freedom programme

Hi my partner recently ended me. I know now I can't go back, 4-5 years of him cheating lying manipulating dumping me then begging me back to do the same thing. Loads of emotional abuse gas lighting , coercive control all this stuff I didn't even see until last few months.

Quite a lot of people suggested I do freedom programme. But he never hit me, physically hurt me.

My mental health is at all time low and I'm seeing a therapist.

This man called me crazy. Put me down yet I still miss him my head is so messed up

Can still do the programme. It's for freedom from emotional abuse as well as physical.

Definitely do the programme, it's a life changer.
Definitely not only about physical abuse. As you learn early on, there's rarely physical abuse without other forms of abuse and the emotional abuse is more detrimental at a deeper level.
