Hi i am separated from my ex and still living in the family home. The rent has always been paid for with income generated from our jointly owned property portfolio. Now when we go to court im facing back charges for the rent even though the income from the properties are still active. Also we have no tennancy agreement and no gas safe cert and even no building regs or electrical safety cert. Does anyone know how i can educate myself on this topic. Thanks in advance.
