If further evidence came to light after an application was submitted for CAO, are you allowed to change your mind about what arrangements you are seeking at the DRH? Or is it too late and I have missed the boat.
Cafcass were asked to prepare a S7 on a change to the current custody arrangements and the said not in the kids bests interests. But what happens if the current arrangements are not in their best interests either? Can I raise that? Would Cafcass have said if they thought the current arrangements were not in their best interests either, even if that is not what court asked them to answer? Help!
