Consent order, nothing to divide

I am looking at the financial consent order as divorce is nearly done. We have no assets except very small pension each. I have filled in my bit of d81 but honestly feel sick at the thought of having to contact him to do his. So far haven't used a solicitor for divorce as all seemed straight forward
Ex is useless with money it was always me that dealt with it. I doubt he knows how to access his pension details and will probably say he doesn't have one.
I cannot find any thing online about wording for consent order so think I'm going to have to borrow money to pay someone to do it. Does anyone have advise how to get it done as cheap as possible as no assets? I've contacted several local law firms but none offer a free initial consult.
Lastly ex does not know where I live due to domestic abuse, I did not state this on application as I knew he would then try to delay to cause me stress. If we jointly fill in d81 he will obviously see it.
So stressed about it all and just don't know what to do

See if maybe this help guide can help you a little - https://iamlip.com/statements-documents-and-bundles-you-will-need-to-produce-for-the-court/your-draft-consent-order-explained/ it's got some info about the consent order. The rest of the help guides might also be useful to you too if you're doing the divorce yourself. I used them to help me get through.
I'm so sorry you went through that, it's not easy but I'm glad you're taking the steps to leave this relationship. You'll be okay x
