Has anyone any experience in a divorce, that is simple and represented by yourselves.
Both my husband and I have a good relationship outside of marriage and have already agreed on terms, home, children etc, that we completely agree on.
I have done research where a self represented divorce where both parties mutually agree on the terms, is possible.
Has anyone any experience in this?
