I am the applicant for financial disclosure (Form A). I do not want mediation and have fulfilled the exemption requirements because of DV and will be submitting the evidence required to the court with Form A.
My question is:
Does the court disclose the reason for the MIAM exemption to the respondent ? We are living in the same house and this would put me at risk.
