If the other party goes thru the divorce proceedings thru their solicitor, what is there to do for the other party? Is it just a case of signing paperwork once it’s ready? My ex is going to do it thru their solicitor so I am wondering what I will have to do from my side? We have agreed to split the cost so I’m wondering how that will work too?
