Wondering if anyone can help. After a long year, with no agreement in regards to finances etc, my ex and I have finally came to an arrangement so I applied for a final order (2 weeks out of time) with a statement of truth attached explaining the delay. This was a week ago, since then I have now checked my portal which has seemed to untick the conditional order which was granted and taken me back to the original application sine from last March 2023?!
I have tried to contact the court a few times with no avail as wait times are 60 minutes plus and I keep getting cut off.
Has this happened to anyone? Will my divorce be granted?
