Quick question, do you need a financial disclosure if you are applying for a clean break. I am assuming so but I'm a bit confused. Tia

Yes. Clean break means you agree a financial split which means you have no future financial ties to each other.

financial disclosure - my daughters ex will need a lot of financial assistance from his parents to allow him to stay in the house (ie to buy her out and pay off his part of the mortgage ). But he hasn't declared this assistance on the financial disclosure form. Is this right?
