Hi. I'm applying to delay final order. In the cover letter, I'd like to highlight that my application is time sensitive and needs to be looked at/processed the earliest possible.

Conditional order is to be granted next week and the final order would be 6 weeks after. I'm afraid if the court takes too long to process it and ex applies for final order, then my home rights would end and he'd sell the property immediately without my knowledge.

Thanks.

Here is a version with as much info as you have given here:

"I am submitting an application for the postponement of the final order. It is crucial to emphasise the time-sensitive nature of this application, urging its prompt review and processing. My concern is that any delay in addressing this matter could enable my ex-partner to secure the final order, thereby terminating my home rights. Such an outcome might lead to the immediate sale of the property without my consent or knowledge. I kindly request your expedited attention to prevent these potential consequences."

Hope this helps. Good luck.
