So. The matrimonial home has been on the market for two years. Even though its in my sole name, it was agreed the ex would get 500k. It was valued at 1,75,0000. My dad gets back his 500k he put in to live with us so to care for him.
The ex, who paid zero is now taking me back to court as it hasn't sold. Saying I have breech the court order. Its on with 2 estate agents, I can't do anymore.
It's probably worth 1.6 now. Which means I get less than the ex, who didn't even buy it or pay nothing for upkeep.
Will I go to prison? Am so depressed.
