Help with Form E please!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. The form needs to be exchanged on 29th Feb
I am doing it on my own but i will have a solicitor check it before I exchange it. The income - will it be for the year 2022 - 2023 or 2023 -2024. It says for the last year and the info on P60 but the P60 comes out on April. I got the info for both years on HMRC website but i don't know which one they want.
Secondly - my salary and the days increased in September but HMRC hasn't got that updated. Do i work an average and explain it in a separate document?

If I remember rightly, you plug your figures in as per last P60 so April 2023 one. But there's also a box that asks for your average salary pm. That's where you put your average salary per mnth i think based on the last 3 mnths. There shld be guidance notes for the Form. Also you need to include your last 3 payslips and the p60 in the docs you submit
