i moved out of the family home with my kids due to DV. My solicitor has applied for an occupation order on my behalf and we are now waiting for a court hearing. With having the children and suffering from domestic abuse, is it likely that the ex will get kicked out so that me and the children can move back in. Also, if it is granted, will I be able to move back in immediately or will the ex be given time to move out?
