Is court the only option now??

Yes.

Who declined?

Court is stressful but at least you get an order out of it rather than agreements made in mediation that can't be enforced.

He did. Twice.

This time though I have a certificate.

I am so worried about the repercussions of court though. Especially as him & MIL have turned my eldest away from me. Court may get stable arrangements but it won't stop them lying to the children.

I just feel at a loss.

There's no way forward.
