Hi, I am 2 years into my divorce and just clinging onto my sanity. Conditional order granted over 12 months ago and 10 days ago the financial order finally agreed after the judge initially rejecting. My solicitor has now informed me that we have to apply for an 'out of time order' before applying for the Final Order but this can take months.
I just can't take it anymore living in a straight jacket having making sure I don't rock the boat with my ex, dreading every email, yet more expense I just want it over and thought it was when the Financial Order was granted.
Anyone had any experience of an out of time order and how long they take in the new system, I need just a glimmer of hope that the end is in sight I just don't know how to keep going.
