Online help/support

I want to leave my controlling partner next year. I am struggling to find online help. Most seem to be phonelines and I cannot ring - I am rarely alone and he would hear. Does anyone know of any that offer webchat (I am already aware of Refuge). Also does anyone know of any private forums/groups that offer support/solidarity for women in my situation. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places but I am really struggling. I have no family or friends to turn to. I am totally alone and so sad.

Good on you for making the decision to leave even though it can be so hard. Stay strong, you've got this. You future self will thank you for it. As far as online support, there are some facebook divorce groups which I found really great as it was nice to be around others like me. It made me feel less alone during my divorce.
In terms of my divorce though, this helped me a lot so maybe it can help you - https://iamlip.com/ - it pretty much took me through the entire process and explained everything I could do so I could understand what was going on. I couldn't afford to keep a solicitor so it was really a godsend when I got this.

Also I'm sure there are many charities which provide chat services for those who just need someone to talk to - I'm not sure myself which ones exactly but there is a help guide on the above link to registered charities so try reaching out to some of those to see if they can help you x
