Does a car finance pcp count as a a loan when doing the consent order, form 81? It asks for liabilities so assume it would count?

Thanks. Only question then is would that be the full settlement (including the 15k balloon payment which is optional) or just the remainder of the term (ie 30 months x £300 pm

You need to out down the full value of the loan (liability) and the current value of the car (asset). The 15k balloon payment is part of the loan and paid with money or the return of the car.
