My ex has put in a claim for child maintenance against me and lied saying he has the children 4 days a week and I have them 3, even though we have them 50/50. I’ve been able to prove we have them 50/50 but I’m currently struggling with trying to prove I’m the primary parent. Has anyone been through similar and what evidence have you used? It’s really stressing me out and every time I ring child maintenance I’m getting a different answer. I’ve contacted my mp but just thought other parents experience my help me. My ex and I don’t talk and he’s just using this to make my life difficult with the added bonus of him getting money out of me. He warns 4 times my salary last year! I take the kids to medical appointments, sort out care plans, meet with school over SEN for my youngest and they have 6 medical professionals as well as GP reviews.
