Withdrawing a application from court.

Please Help. I have to withdraw an occupation order application. How do i do this? Someone said i need to file the fl403 form but while filing that up i realised that that form is for an issued order not for application. I called the court few times no one answers.

Have you tried going into the court to ask them? They can be quite difficult to reach sometimes over the phone, even at the court it may take time but it'll be your best bet to withdraw the application as it hasn't been followed through yet.
