Hi! I wondered if someone has any knowledge/experience about criminal case procedures in the UK. My ex is currently in the pre-trial stage at Crown Court and has submitted his defence. I've now responded to his defence statement and was wondering how many times the statements have to go back and forth before the case is ready for trial. In other words how many chances will he get to tell his side of the story?
