Any advice greatly appreciated. I am going through a divorce and I have an occupation order direct hearing in January, then the trial.
We live in HA house, tenancy in both names, he doesn't want to leave. As the occupation order is temporary and doesn't solve anything long term i will be filing for the financial order and sort the living issues that way.
I need to withdraw the Occupation order but i am not 100% sure.
Don't have a lawyer, can't afford them, he does.
