I have applied for a child arrangement order and had my interview with Cafcass last week. She wrote a short safeguarding report and sent me a copy. She was unable to get hold of my ex but gave him 7 days to make contact.
Would she have sent him a copy of the safeguarding letter after speaking with me? Or will just wait until she has spoken with him first? Will I get a copy of his interview?
If anyone knows, it would be much appreciated.
