My marriage ended five years ago, two years officially divorced. I've come to realise that around the time of our anniversary (September) and the time I discovered the hell that led to our divorce (October) I am really very miserable. Throw in kids birthdays (November and December) and I find myself feeling like a snail without a shell for a good three months.
To make matters worse, my iPhone loves to throw memories my way popping up old photos from seven years ago etc that trigger further sadness.
Does anyone know how to turn off the memories setting?
