Using a Process Server.

Has anyone had to use a Process Server to get their divorce papers served? It's looking like I'll have to and just wondered how much of a delay it creates, and how much it costs. HMCTS said probably £100-£200.

Yep, no extra delay at all, he was served the next day. Don't know how much, it just got added onto the big bill!

No delay at all and they were super helpful. This was actually one of the easier parts of my divorce 😂 good luck
