Enforcement order costs

I've been in court 4 times as my ex-husband has refused to comply with the court order following FDR.

Each time at the end the judge has said costs to be reserved until the next hearing.

However if there isn't a next hearing as he has nearly done everything it's going to cost me even more money to have another hearing! Or I presume more money in solicitors fees to agree something with my ex.

Why didn't the judge order my ex to pay the costs at the last hearing. Does anyone know please as it's really annoying and the solicitor and barrister think I will get the costs incurred in enforcing the order back.

Thanks
