Hi all anybody here knows if what's gonna happen if my husband will not gonna sign the divorce. I move out as he is being dependent in cannabis and when me and him arguing about it there are times he hurt me physically. He's aware about the application he said he will sign in But what if he change his mind and wont sign will i still get the divorce approved.. any advice thanks
