Form A application after divorce

Hi all I’m about to start filling in Form A, using form below. But not sure where to send the form after completing filling, payment and the process. Can someone please explain to me? I have been divorced 3 years now, I have done my MIAM and ex husband doesn’t want to do MIAM. I will be representing myself so please any information will really help

@Honeybu I sent form A with our completed D81 form and the completed financial consent order

@2022NewTimes where do you send these form and what is D81 form? Do I need it, how did you make payment? Is not very clear online for what to do. Many thanks

@Honeybu Form was sent to HMCTS Financial Remedy, PO Box 12746, Harlow, CM20 9QZ
They rang me when processing so paid £54.00 by credit card over the phone.
D81 is a summary of assets, earnings etc... this needs to be signed by both parties. D81 when completed was given to the solicitor to use the information to create the financial consent order. I then sent Form A, Financial Consent order & D81 form to the above address.

Thank you so much for sharing and advice. I have send the form A yesterday. My ex is not communicating and he did refused to attend MIAM as he think “it’s his money”

now that I send form A how long before I hear from the court and given ex is not communicating and will try to be difficult. What was your timeline @EmmW14 and @2022NewTimes and what should I expect to happen. I’m a bit anxious attending a court hearing never have to do it before. Thanks
