Ex moving out fmh tomorrow and has said he will be moving into his new house with our kids? I said but we said shared care and he said no.
What am I to do? I feel ill with worry.
Shall I take them and run? Shall I see if hes just trying to hurt me? Is this a court battle? Will our final consent order sort it?

I wouldn't recommend running at all. It's not practical and won't put you in good stead if it gores to court.

Shud I stay I my hone and just keep them until he will discuss sharing? I want to share. He wants them full stop. Should I let him do his thing then I'll have to fight? I'm so lost

OP- aput in an emergency C100 application to your courts now for a ‘prohibited steps order’. It costs about £200 to submit the application. This will legally prevent your ex from taking the children away from the family home. It will also trigger the start of a childcare arrangement order which will legally determine how your care of the children is shared.

Please help me. I did apply but he applied for it first as an emergency. The judge has said they will be with him 4 days me 3 days until safeguarding done. I feel so scared I'm losing the kids as he wont agree to sharing.
