For background going through divorce. Looks like we will be going either the Private FDR or Arbitration route. I can’t seem to find anywhere a timeline for how long it takes from deciding to go this route to when either a) a Private FDR takes place or b) a decision is reached through Arbitration.
Anyone been through this before? Also was there a lot of legwork to do before either (your hours not lawyers)? We have both done financial disclosure and shared open offers. I’ve got dc so hoping there isn’t much prep?
