Conditional order

Hi..

My solicitor submitted my conditional order on the 31st March this year, I have not heard anything. Am avoiding emailing as it's another cost. Has anyone else waited a while for news?

@Jas683 You should be able to ring the HMCTS helpline and they can tell you whats happening

Mine was submitted on 14th March and came through on 3rd April, already got my final order

Hi, jumping in on this and thanks to pp for the iamlip info, really really helpful.

Can I sort out the financial settlement agreement whilst in the waiting period before I can apply for the conditional order at the beginning of November?

We've agreed a fair 50/50 split we're both happy with, kids are grown up, etc.

@theyarereallytakingthepissnow - you can get your financial consent order ready but you cannot file it until the conditional order has been issued

I started the process solely. Does my husband have to apply for the conditional also or is it all down to me as he is the respondent? I applied for the conditional once prompted to & was wondering ppls rough time estimates until final order. Thank you.

following on from this, my partner is a sole applicant and at the conditional stage - his ex sent back and agreed to the divorce so have we got to wait on her for anything at this stage before the conditional is granted?

we are due to hear by 20th september but everything seems to be so slow.
