Should I move out?

Going through a divorce with ExDH bit we are yet to reach a financial agreement. We own the house 50/50 and have been cohabiting since our seperation started over 2 years ago. My solicitor believes the house will get split 50/50. I'm so fed up of living with him and can afford to rent somewhere by myself however my question is would this affect how the house is split?

In my own situation, I'm in the UK. I moved out last July and it has not affected my claim on settlement. We sold our property but every case is different.

Normally it removes the pressure for the remaining person to go through with the sale etc so sometimes that's why a solicitor may advise someone to stay if it's safe to do so to ensure it all goes through as expected. But as per other post, all cases can be different
