In what order to do things?

We will be divorcing this year. I am staying in family home with kids and buying ex out, we have informally agreed amount.

Fixed rate mortgage deal ends this summer so currently in talks with mortgage broker on remortgaging in my name only.

I filed for divorce in January. I can apply for the conditional order next month.
I have a solicitor and she has sent me d81 paperwork.
I am not sure what to do next and in what order . Do I have to wait for conditional order?

@cadburyegg You can only file your consent / clean break order ( which your D81 paperwork is sent with ) once you have a conditional order.

But fill in the D81 and get the financial consent order ready so you canfile straight away once conditional order has been accepted
