STBX and I have been separated 7 years. I live in the home I purchased before our marriage. He lives in rented. We have minor children who live with me permanently and he is only allowed supervised access because I found him watching child porn. He has got into debt post separation and entered into an IVA. I am seeking an Order that I retain my home. Presumably if he doesnt agree and wants to try for half then the IVA will have to be paid off from his share. Does anyone know if that's the case please?

You should get legal advice. If you haven't separated the finances legally, he may still be entitled to some of the equity, though it'll depend on how long you were married. How old are the kids? Did you separate when you found out about the offence or was it after? I'm in a similar situation (offence against minors), kids are teens, it's a long marriage and finances will be split more in my favour as he can't have the kids.
