Hi, very new to this topic and will go and see a solicitor. Is it possible to leave spouse in the family home (if that’s what he wants) and have an agreement it will be sold when the youngest is 18? I’ll have to move in with my sister and have the kids here but husband has his business at our house and for many other reasons it’s not practical for him to be the one to move out. Is there a term for this arrangement that I can Google? Thanks x
