CMS are NACSA any good?

I've just been in the family court with my ex for a financial application which was largely successful. CMS is a separate issue though! He is very wealthy but low hmrc returns so I have been going through the variation/appeal process to push for tribunal and hopefully maximum assessment. He signed an order to say he'd abide by CMS decision & clear arrears but he has missed the subsequent payment due. So I have the arrears & payment issue and also the struggle to prove he is worth millions and should be paying more than the current assessment. Whole process is unreal. Just wondered if anyone had used NACSA and if it's worth paying for a consultation with them. Or if anyone has had a breakthrough is getting a miserly also millionaire ex who is actively resistant to providing for their daughter, to actually do it? Not even sure how to deal with the fact he's broken our freshly-signed Order.

Hi Kathy sorry nobody replied it is such a weird niche - how did it go ? Have you paid for a consultation from NACSA ? In the same boat too and trying to find out the exact same answer -
