25 year relationship ended because of partners alcoholism, he is very poorly behaved when drunk, 2 bottles of vodka per night, I’ve left the home we have a joint mortgage for. The home was sold but he blocked the sale the week before sign off day & carboshed months of navigating this process, he’s now refusing to leave, sell, or pay the mortgage. I’m single & on my own paying my own house & bills. He’s changed the locks and is advertising for lodgers. Please help me I’m devastated. The equity was going to be my fresh start after years of his drunken Behaviour I don’t know what to do. We weren’t married. I work full time as a family support worker
