After 28 year of marriage I'm getting divorced after my husband assaulted my son. I filed for divorce in 2021 but he's slowed down the divorce. he hasn't worked properly for over 10 years and the mortgage is paid. He wants a guarantee sum from the sale of the house or 55/45 in his favour because i have a pension which by the way off sets his cash sums in his bank account. Help and Help the DFA is coming in the next few week and my solicitor is on holiday for at least one of them!!!
