Form A and form E

I am in the process of divorcing. Ex being a dick and won't put the house up for sale. I'm staying with relatives.
I have a MIAM and was advised to apply to the courts as he has refused mediation.
Where do I send the forms? He has a solicitor. Do I forward them to her or directly to the courts?
TIA

You send Form E to your local family court via email. Find their contact details on gov.uk

You will then be instructed with dates to exchange Form E etc. The Form E is sent both to Court and his solicitor but you exchange it at a pre-agreed date/time.
