So I submitted my C100 application as ex wont have the children unless we have an agreed court court order in place. (They can have the kids anytime without the court order) and have rejected mediation.
The day after I sent it in SS called me to say there had been an incident and the ex had been beated up by new partner and the new partner is due in court .
SS said the new partner is not allowed in exs home (that they share) when the kids are over. However this was not put down on the C100 form as it was not mentioned before application was made.
Question is, do I change C100 application or just sit back and wait for the courts to investigate. Thanks one step forward 10 back.
