Failure to submit Form E

STBXH has missed the deadline to submit Form E to court. This was expected as he’s failed to actively engage in the divorce process so far.
Solicitor has advised she will chase and threaten a costs order.
Anyone been in a similar situation before, if so what was the outcome?

Yup, mine consistently failed to meet deadlines. Made even more difficult by covid. Also when he did submit, it was often incomplete. Did it all the way through right up to final hearing. He was in contempt of court, court bailiffs were sent round, costs were awarded against him etc etc etc. Judge at final hearing was scathing and it affected the final judgement. I got everything.
