Hi I have find husband email to financial advisors. The advising him to move money on premium bonds to trusties and to change will. Is that possible he is trying to hide money if divorce on the cards.

Moving money out of premium bonds to say a fixed rate bond is probably good financial advice now that savings rates have improved. But are they saying to move it to trusts? In whose name? The will part suggests something else though. Are you getting divorced?

Possibly divorce he is trying to hide money and use them after divorce. I didn't explain properly the premium bonds are his money but kids names on them. He is asking if that will be taking to consideration as his money during divorce. They advising him to move mone on trusties. Who is trusties ? Is that for example friends ?

Trustees can be used to control children’s money before they reach 18. I guess they’re suggesting having trustees to control the kids money. That’s a bit weird tbh as he’d only need to do that if he thought you might steal money from the kids. Also if he moved the money into junior ISAs no one could touch it until the kids are 18.
