Ex and I have separated. So far it's been OK. He is looking to rent somewhere but places are being snapped up quickly. He's still in the house (no longer in my bed) and if this goes on for too much longer I think the polite and respectful way we are currently communicating will end.

Has anyone got any suggestions for an app/ document template that works for making arrangements for the kids? There's no custody battle and we will have flexible access as he works all over the UK and has no fixed shift pattern.

I'd like to get a way to communicate with him now so that if/ when we aren't able to stay kind, it will already be established that this is the default form of communication.

What's app/ emails.etc just won't work. I want something all in one place where we can potentially share photos etc.

Any ideas?
