Ok so i am self employed, i don't earn a fortune, work part time, vert much a lifestyle business to buy things for the kids.
It has the potential to earn a lot more, but obviously being self employed nothing is guaranteed.
So my question is, when divorcing and being able to support myself, is this something i need to prove to a court? Or just something that i need to be able to do to pay the bills?
