Conditional order and finances

Under new UK divorce laws how have any of you progressed with your finances, I can apply for my conditional order from 26/03/2023 and I am hoping by then finances will be agreed verbally between myself and my husband. Did you apply at the same time as your conditional order to get the ball rolling with regards money and property approval by the courts?

I understand from my experience, you can’t apply for the consent order until the conditional order is returned. So apply for the conditional order on the 26th, I think it takes 6 weeks? In may you can then send the consent order to court.
